Poslední dobou dorazila do naší internetové agentury řada vzorových žádostí o zaměstnání. Níže přikládám jeden pěkný vzor žádosti, především jako inspiraci pro absolventy.

Tip pro žadatele o práci: Připravte si obecný vzor, který budete na několika místech obsahově obměňovat podle konkrétní firmy. Takto budete mít pěkný vzor, který vám ušetří práci a čas - a zároveň bude každý dopis personalizovaný. Ostatně, jdete dělat do marketingu, tak byste měli znát základy direct marketingu.

My name is XY and I am writing this letter in a search for an interesting and stimulating position at your organization.

I believe your company is a dynamic, prominent and refreshing organization with a passion for the online commercial line. My passion also lies with commercial online business. This in combination with my knowledge and capabilities in this sector allow me to believe that I would be a valuable asset to your company.

I’m motivated, hard working and do not possess a 9 to 5 attitude, attributes that I believe a company such as RobertNemec.com would value.

During my education of Commercial Economics I also began followed an education for a year of the Russian language and culture at the University of XYZ. I did this to enhance my knowledge of my roots and of my own culture. During the 4 years I studied Commercial Economics I assigned myself with several skill training courses including communication, presentation, innovation and team working skills.

During my position at XYZ (Netherlands) I had the position og Win back manager. Description: Recapture lost costumers (national and international costumers) and keep them loyal, advise customers them about there e-commerce activities, marketing activities, account management activities, drafting sales, retention and financial reports. Core business of the company is E-Commerce consulting, web design, development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), internet advertising and on-line public relations (PR).

I hope that after having read this letter I have given a somewhat clear view and description of my goals and ambitions.

Co se mi na této žádosti líbí

1. žadatelka o zaměstnání umí psát - což je v marketingu velmi důležité,
2. uchazečka chce tvrdě pracovat,
3. vypadá to, že v předchozím zaměstnání, velmi dobré firmě, dělala věc, která je pro firmy velmi důležitá - znovuzískávání bývalých zákazníků,
4. předvádí nadšení pro naši agenturu,
5. popisuje, co se naučila na škole.

Aby byl vzor žádosti o zaměstnání ještě lepší, doplnil bych konkrétní úspěchy (např. "získala jsem 25 bývalých zákazníků, kteří u nás investovali 365 000 eur za rok"), co konkrétně chce dělat v naší agentuře (zda se chce specializovat na SEO, PPC nebo např. internetový marketing) a jaké má profesní cíle a představy.
